Sorry for the lack of posts since the end of the season, been a busy time for me.
National Signing Day is approaching (Feb 2nd).
While snooping around the recruiting sites I noticed Anthony Webb has changed his commitment to Baylor from Houston and will now be playing in the Big 12 or 10 or whatever they're going to call it. It also appears there could be a position switch to DB in his future. Rivals is listing him as a DB/Safety. Other sites are still indicating he will be a RB at BU. Anyone else knows anything please share.
Meanwhile Air Force bound Jeremy McNeal will be moving to the secondary as a cornerback. This position should suit him better for his size on the next level.
There should be some more La Porte players being looked at and if anyone has the details let me know. I will be able to see the final lists once signing day rolls around. I know there are a lot of kids that deserve it off of this team.
The future also looks bright with Sutherland, Nance-Garrett, Whitely and Hoza Scott already in the Rivals database.
Just wanted to give you an update on Jeremy. I traveled with him on his visit to the Air Force Academy two weeks ago, and Coach Calhoun wants Jeremy to come to camp with his mind prepared to play QUARTERBACK! Those words came directly from Coach Calhoun's mouth!
